Requirements to purchase a product on überlube.com

In order to place a valid order for überlube products on the Website or by phone, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. You are 18 years of age or older and if you are ordering on behalf of a company you are authorized to conclude contracts on behalf of this company;
  2. You are an end user and do not intend to resell the product(s); and
  3. You guarantee that the information you provide to überlube in the order is accurate and complete.
Payment options and taxes

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

In accordance with state law, if an item is subject to sales tax, it will be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address at the time of order.

Discreet Delivery and (free) shipping

Überlube products are packaged in plain bags or boxes with only a mailing label; orders are shipped from “UBLB FULFILLMENT”, and billed from "UBERLUBE".

USPS first class hipping is always free on uberlube.com if your order is shipped within the continental US.  Überlube uses your shipping information to present you with shipping costs for outside the continental US.

Products usually ship out by close of next business day provided your payment is confirmed.  A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent as soon as we have handed your order to the shipping company/post office. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk mail.

Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.

To check the status of your überlube order, please refer to the carrier tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email from überlube. 

Überlube Customer Satisfaction Policy – You Must be Satisfied!

Überlube products are registered with the Food and Drug administration as a medical device and is prohibited from being returned and re-sold for safety reasons. We are confident that you will love your new überlube product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know here or send us an email customerservice@uberlube.com.

We value your feedback and want to understand any issues. In most situations, we are able to come to a mutually satisfying agreement. Please do not dispose of the product before contacting us. Quality control may request a return of the product for investigating.

In order to begin the process, you need to verify that the product was purchased directly from überlube or another certified retailer and provide reason of what is prompting the return (proof of receipt purchase may be required).

When will I receive my order?

When you enter your shipping information at checkout and choose the free shipping option, your order will be sent by USPS in the United States or your local carrier worldwide. 

Most orders in the continental US are delivered within 4-10 business days or less if the order is placed prior to 9AM in your Local Time.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk mail.

You will be presented with an estimated delivery date based on information pertaining to your order.

Sometimes with USPS the updates on the tracking are not necessarily accurate to the location of the package. We do not know why this happens but frequently  the situation resolves itself with a little time. We suggest allowing 5-10 days for delivery. Extenuating circumstances like inclement weather and holidays can affect progress.

Where can I ship my order?

Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/APO and now, Canada and the EU. 

Can I Change the Shipping Address on My Order?

The shipping address cannot be changed once an order being placed. We ask that you contact Customer Service at 1-888-391-8082 immediately if a change is needed. Please send an email customerservice@uberlube.com if outside of 8am-4pm CT, M-F.
