Requirements to purchase a product on überlube.com
In order to place a valid order for überlube products on the Website or by phone, you must meet the following requirements:
- You are 18 years of age or older and if you are ordering on behalf of a company you are authorized to conclude contracts on behalf of this company;
- You are an end user and do not intend to resell the product(s); and
- You guarantee that the information you provide to überlube in the order is accurate and complete.

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order:Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
In accordance with state law, if an item is subject to sales tax, it will be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address at the time of order.
Discreet Delivery and (free) shipping
Überlube products are packaged in plain boxes with only a mailing label, orders are shipped and billed from “UBER FUFILLMENT”
Shipping is always free on uberlube.com if your order is shipped within the continental US. Überlube uses your shipping information to present you with shipping costs for outside the continental US.
Products ship out within 24-hours if not the same day (for orders placed by 9AM in your Local Time) provided your payment is confirmed. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as we
have handed your order to the shipping company.
Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a 24-hour processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
To check the status of your überlube order, please refer to the carrier using your überlube tracking number.
Überlube Return Policy – You Must be Satisfied!
Uberlube is a registered with the Food and Drug administration as a medical device and is prohibited from being returned and re-sold for safety reasons. We are confident that you will love your new überlube product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know here or send us an email info@uberlube.com.
We want your feedback and to understand the issue to rectify the situation. In most situations, we will refund the full purchase price or replace the product free of charge.
In order to refund or replace your Product under the return policy, you need to verify that the product was purchased directly from überlube or another certified retailer and provide reason of what is prompting the return (proof of receipt purchase may be required).

When will I receive my order
When you enter your shipping information at checkout, the best shipping service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) will be selected for you to receive your order in a timely manner.
Most orders in the continental US can be reached within 3-5 business days or less if the order is placed prior to
9AM in your Local Time.
Where can I ship my order
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/APO and now, Canada. For international shipments outside the US and Canada, please shop at our Amazon store in your region.
Due to various country restrictions, we may not be able to ship to some international addresses.
How can I track my order
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
You will be presented with an estimated delivery date based on information pertaining to your order.
Can I Change the Shipping Address on My Order
The shipping address cannot be changed once an order being placed. We ask that you contact Customer Service at 1-888-391-8082 immediately if a change is needed. Please send an email orders@uberlube.com if outside of 9am-5pm, M-F.
