Überlube is a personal lubricant, for penile and/or vaginal application. It is intended to moisturize and lubricate, to enhance the ease and comfort of intimate sexual activity and supplement the body’s natural lubrication. This product is compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms. This product is not compatible with polyurethane condoms.
Überlube is silicone with a trace of vitamin E to improve the finish and leave a smooth sensation.
Osmolality and pH are generally more of a topic related with water-based lubricants. Uberlube is anhydrous, meaning without water, so it doesn't affect pH or osmolality.
We do not recommend the use of any silicone lubricant with silicone toys unless the toy manufacturer specifically states their toy is compatible. Although you may hear that it works from others - its not their toy at risk. Compatibility depends on the type of silicone used to make the toy and almost always demands immediate washing after use. If you are uncertain, we highly recommend you test überlube on a small area of your silicone toy and look for any differences. Often times if not compatible, the toy may swell or get sticky in the test area.
If you want a stress-free decision, look at the toy manufacturer, Love-Not-War. They have developed a proprietary silicone called NeoSilcone that has been independently tested for safe use with überlube.
Of course, überlube may be safely used with any plastic, glass, ceramic or stainless steel toys but our advice is to do your homework with silicone toys.
Überlube is compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms. Überlube is not compatible with polyurethane condoms. These statements have been verified by a third party lab for FDA registration.
